Janet Donald
Janet has worked with more than 100 public and private sector organisations in communications from board and senior executive to front line levels. Janet mastered her skills as a communications consultant and logician with McKinsey & Company and Boston Consulting Group. In Australia, her advanced expertise has contributed to decision making in major ASX boardrooms as well as tiny community organisations.
Janet knows the power and efficiency of clear communications from working with thousands of people, with particular experience in corporate merger, turnaround, transformation and start-up projects. She owes much of her exceptional capability to working with amazing minds and to a lifetime of rigorous application of the Minto Pyramid Principle® and The Human Element®.
Julie Edenhofner
Julie has more than 20 years’ experience in research, marketing strategy and communications working for blue chip clients. She began her training as a consultant with Janet and has worked as a research consultant, in-house market research specialist and independent consultant.
Bringing strategic marketing and communications expertise to her work, Julie achieves accuracy and clarity in communication in both content and design. She helps professionals connect clearly and purposefully with internal and external clients. Julie is valued for her respectful and collaborative working style with clients, meticulous attention to detail and no-fuss project management.
